I am Gretchen Klein, a certified Suzuki Method piano teacher with training through Suzuki Book 7. In addition to my Suzuki certification, I hold a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University and a Master’s Degree in Vocal Pedagogy from Holy Names University. My background as an educator and musician allows me to bring both strong teaching skills and a deep understanding of musical development to my piano instruction.

For 29 years, I was a member of the Grammy Award–winning San Francisco Symphony Chorus, performing and recording in renowned venues such as Davies Symphony Hall and Carnegie Hall. This extensive performance experience has shaped my musicianship and given me a lifelong appreciation for the joy and discipline of music-making.
